Discovery
All recruiting operations packages require a $500 discovery fee to assess and scope the project. Discovery will take 2-3 hours and a discovery report highlighting the suggested improvement areas will be delivered at the end with our assessment, along with the final proposal for the project. Purchase of the recruiting operations services is not mandatory after discovery is completed.
Hourly Consulting Add-On
In addition to the packages below, hourly consulting with Dominique Dallas (TenX Partner) can be included for any of the topics outlined. Purchase of a recruiting operations package is not required for hourly consulting services.

- Introduction to the ATS provider and assist with contract

- Set up custom fields within the ATS to track specific data points requested by the team
- Meet with recruiting managers to set up custom reports for tracking recruiter KPIs and performance
- Teach recruiting managers about the hidden variables underlying certain reports that should be taken into account when presenting data (such as requisition difficulty, etc.)
