Austin’s recruiting journey has been anything but conventional. His recruitment career spans work in agency, consulting, and in-house recruitment. Ask any candidate, hiring manager, or teammate about their experience working with Austin and they’ll tell you about his innate ability to foster open and candid communication.

Prior to joining TenX, Austin’s hiring impact can be seen across a wide variety of companies; Twitter, ReadMe, Bird, Scoot, and Gong to name a few! He specializes in being able to fill just about any type of role and is a firm believer that you can recruit for anything if there are open lines of communication.

His career has afforded him unique visibility into every stage in the recruitment funnel and candidate journey. He’s helped drive brand awareness, optimize employer branding, enrich candidate experience, and most importantly hire talent.

Austin holds his B.A. in Anthropology from Boise State University. Outside of work, Austin is a family man who enjoys creating memories with his wife Siraj, and their two boys Aryo & Cyrus.
