Dorsa began her recruiting journey supporting a team of recruiters in a high volume recruiting environment with the objective of effectively leading new hires through the hiring process. She has since developed an expertise in all facets of the recruiting life cycle, and proficiency in meeting strategic business initiatives and growth targets. She loves working with high-growth startups that place an emphasis on having a mission-driven culture.
Dorsa’s ability to build meaningful, trusted, and transparent partnerships has made her an ally to hiring managers and candidates. She has a true knack for understanding what kind of talent hiring managers need, thereby lifting the recruiting burden from them.
Dorsa holds her B.S. in Psychology from the University of Southern California. Outside of work, you will most likely find her running around her neighborhood or playing basketball, finding new restaurants to try, and spending time with her two adorable nieces, Jaden & Madelyn.
