Lauren has extensive experience recruiting for companies ranging from startups to large enterprises, specializing in engineering and technical roles. With a BA in Political Science, she is passionate about people and enjoys the challenge of matching diverse skill sets to niche company needs and cultures, cultivating sustainable platforms for success.
Most recently, Lauren hired critical technical talent for Mindstrong, the first company utilizing technology to improve the livelihoods of people living with serious mental illnesses via virtual therapy. While working across multiple teams during a high growth period, Lauren also led the recruiting initiative to increase diversity across the company. Previously at Bird, Lauren contributed directly to the hyper-growth of their engineering organization by sourcing top software and vehicle engineering talent for many complex roles.
Lauren decided to join the TenX founding members because she believes that successful recruiting starts with an excellent process, and she’s excited to continue her passion for building talented teams.
